About Me
Before I was a therapist, I was an artist and storyteller—drawn to nuance, emotion, and the quiet beauty of what’s in-between. That lens shapes how I practice therapy.
I bring 2 decades of Buddhist meditation practice to my work, which helps me stay present and empathetic for whatever comes up in therapy. This practice has taught me how to be still with suffering, to listen deeply, and to trust the slow work of healing.
My approach is rooted in mindfulness based work , existential-humanistic therapy, through a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens. I help clients explore not just what hurts—but why it matters, where it comes from, and how to live with more clarity, meaning, and self-trust.
I am pragmatic, with both feet on the ground—especially when you are having a difficult time… I hold space that feels calm, steady, and grounded.
I believe healing isn’t linear. Often, the most profound growth comes in the smallest shift— a breath, a word, a moment of being seen.
Currently I am an MFT Trainee working at Wilson Wellness and working under Laurie Wilson.
