Let me guide you on a slow walk through the magical and lush Pacific Northwest Forests where I will guide you into reconnecting with yourself and the environment around you. I will take you through my personal practice of learning about medicinal plants, showing you ways to deeply connect with them, learn about them and work with them on a medicinal level.
No experience needed! This guided walk will show you how to take deeper care of yourself, slow down and connect to what is around you. It's a way to calm the nervous system and enjoy the quiet. We so often forget to pay attention to what is happening around us. In this 2 hour class I will guide us through the process of slowing down and noticing whats around us, while bringing our focus on specific native plants and their uses.

How to practice mindfulness meditation in your everyday.
How to connect and ground to the space around us.
How to properly wild harvest plants in a mindful and ecological way.
How to use wild harvesting as a spiritual practice.
Understanding the traditional and medicinal uses of specific plants.
How to identify specific plants in their natural habitats.
Some plant medicine to take home with you.
Please keep in mind:
This is a 2 hr class in different areas outside of Portland metro area. A 1-2hr driving commute is required.
We will be doing mild to moderate walking on designated trails.
Bring proper shoes, sunscreen, layers, hat, notebook for notes, snacks if needed, and lots of water.
Children are wonderful & bright - But for this class please leave anyone under 10 with a loved one.
